The practitioner also focuses on designing blueprints for data and AI platforms and capabilities, while shaping target operating models that consider broader organizational impacts, including talent strategy adjustments. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective implementation is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business goals and operational needs.
- Continuously monitor emerging trends in AI and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the development and refinement of AI capability frameworks and operating models.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify AI integration opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI strategy frameworks and roadmaps.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI.
