Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and release offer letters and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Coordinate documentation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary depends on interview

Incentives (As per performance and other responsibilities)

Bonus (As per Business Target)

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri (9:30-6:45) Saturday (9:30-2:30)

Work from Office only (Bangalore Location)
