Key Responsibilities- Attend incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the office.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, appointments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain call records and customer databases.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Support basic email communication and documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day front office and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related matters.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers and visitors.
- Prior experience in reception, telecalling, customer service, or administration will be preferred.
