The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.What are we looking for? 0-2 years of Experience in Troubleshooting and Customer Service / Technical Support environment (preferred)
Good understanding of Digital Marketing domain (Preferred)
Good understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript (Optional)
Basic knowledge of Google office tools or equivalent (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
Knowledge on any of the Ad Servers would be an additional benefit
Excellent written communication and organisational skills; can be flexible in adapting to the communication style of the end user’s
Ability to develop and deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs through on-going, superior support interactions
