What would you do? The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information.
- Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and onboarding documentation
Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce.
Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
