Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of core platform capabilities within the Descrial Platform, a multi-tenant work execution system for Private Equity workflows from Fund Origination to Exit.
This role focuses on building a scalable, configurable, and AI-enabled platform that transforms fragmented processes into structured, automated workflows with strong execution visibility. You will translate complex PE operations into reusable platform constructs and work closely with customers, service teams, and engineering to deliver high-impact, outcome-driven features that improve speed, quality, and transparency of execution.
Roles and Responsibilities- Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key platform areas within the Descrial Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and Private Equity workflows
- Translate complex, cross-workstream needs (Origination → Exit) into scalable platform capabilities and reusable product primitives (workflows, pipelines, templates, lifecycle models)
- Partner closely with leadership, customers, and service delivery heads to shape product direction and prioritize high-impact investments
- Lead product discovery by deeply understanding customer operating models, execution gaps, and scalability challenges, and converting them into well-defined product solutions
- - Define and oversee end-to-end product specifications including PRDs, system behaviors, edge cases, and UX flows with a strong focus on platform consistency
- - Drive platform design decisions balancing configurability, multi-tenancy, performance, and usability across diverse client requirements
- - Lead and mentor PMs/APMs where applicable, ensuring high-quality backlog, documentation, and execution discipline
- - Work closely with engineering and design to deliver complex platform features at scale, ensuring architectural soundness and long-term extensibility
- - Drive development of AI/LLM-enabled capabilities, identifying high-leverage use cases (research, summarization, workflow intelligence) and ensuring meaningful integration into workflows
- - Define and track north-star product metrics and operational KPIs (e.g., cycle time reduction, throughput, adoption, SLA adherence, quality benchmarks)
- - Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to validate product direction and continuously optimize roadmap decisions
- - Drive adoption and change management across enterprise customers, ensuring the platform becomes embedded in day-to-day execution
- - Act as the bridge between product, engineering, and service delivery, ensuring solutions are both technically robust and operationally effective
- Required Experience
- - 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of enterprise SaaS platforms or workflow/process-driven products
- - Proven experience owning end-to-end product areas or platforms, including roadmap strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes
- - Strong experience designing and building scalable, multi-tenant systems with high configurability
- - Demonstrated ability to translate complex business domains into platformized product solutions (e.g., workflows, automation, orchestration systems)
- - Deep experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, leading cross-functional teams and driving execution predictably
- - Strong technical understanding of modern architectures (web + backend systems such as React/Angular with Node.js/Java) sufficient to make informed trade-offs
- - Experience defining and driving product KPIs, metrics frameworks, and outcome-based roadmaps
- - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior leadership and align multiple teams
- - Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity across technical and business audiences

- - Strong exposure to Private Equity, Investment Research, or Financial Services workflows, especially across deal lifecycle stages
- - Experience building or scaling workflow orchestration, BPM, or work execution platforms
- - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-enabled product features and understanding of how to embed AI into structured workflows
- - Familiarity with process analytics, operational dashboards, and execution intelligence systems
- - Experience in platform product management (defining primitives, extensibility, APIs, and configuration layers)
- - Working knowledge of enterprise-grade concerns such as governance, auditability, role-based access, and compliance
- - Experience mentoring junior PMs and contributing to product team development and best practices
- - Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and strong documentation discipline
