Associate - Data Centre Engineer

We are looking for an Associate - Data Centre Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in India to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our data center infrastructure and ensuring its availability and reliability.

• Install, configure, and maintain data center equipment, including servers, network switches, and storage devices
• Monitor data center performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Assist in the design and implementation of data center infrastructure upgrades and improvements
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of all data center systems
• Maintain accurate documentation of data center equipment and procedures
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for the data center

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in data center operations and maintenance
• Experience with server hardware, networking equipment, and storage devices
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and shell scripting
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed
