General Manager MEP Head (Design)

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end MEP services from concept to commissioning
• Oversee design, coordination, procurement, and execution of HT/LT electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and security/access control systems
• Plan and monitor MEP schedules for time and resource management across large building or township projects
• Track and control MEP project progress to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution
• Supervise project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and closeout activities
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality systems, and cost-effective practices

• Strong coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders and project functions
• Proven track record in timely project delivery with quality and cost efficiency
• Ability to handle large-scale, complex real estate projects independently

• Knowledge of MEP design principles is an added advantage
• Demonstrated experience in value engineering and effective resource utilization
• In-depth understanding of project planning and scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of financial concepts and project financing
