Senior Cost Manager (CSA or MEP, Data Centre Construction)

The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
- Actively partner with Data center clients, responding to their requests accurately and on time and should be able to take the responsibility of multiple packages in the projects.
- Create estimates and cost plans for CSA or MEP Packages for key client developments.
- Proficient in Client interactions and focusing on Client relationship building; attend the project kick-off calls.
- Handle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones.
- Participate in drafting proposals to Clients.
- Contribute to developing good client relationships that supports the business.
- Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value.
- Ability to have innovation and solution-oriented approaches.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have a minimum 12 years of experience in cost management, from a Construction Cost Consultancy background, on large scale construction projects ideally in data center projects.
- Have experience and confidence to lead a team, build a team and develop trusted client relationships.
- Are chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help.
- Are savvy in understanding the business model and pursuing market opportunities.
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline.
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
