Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Officer located in Amritsar. The Front Desk Officer will handle receptionist duties, including welcoming and assisting clients and visitors. The role involves managing office administration, operating office equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Additionally, the Front Desk Officer will provide exceptional customer service and coordinate various activities to support the team and clients effectively.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors and managing a front desk
Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships
Capability to operate and manage Office Equipment, such as phones, scanners, and printers
Experience in Office Administration, including scheduling, record-keeping, and organizational tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with basic computer software (e.g., MS Office) and administrative systems is beneficial
