Job Description- Develop and implement sales strategies for large-format retail (LFR) channels like Tata Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance Retail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities in the retail sector.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and ensure profitability across MT and LFR channels.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful SBU Head - Large Format Retail should have:
- Should have a minimum of 12+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in managing relationships with accounts like Vijay Sales, Tata Croma, Reliance Retail, and other regional chains
- Demonstrated experience in building and growing sales channels
- Must have experience in the high-value/premium consumer electronics category
- Should be high on intent, empathy, and drive to build things
- Opportunity to build a business entire channel from scratch
- Opportunity to work directly with the founders of the firm
