Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL OWN:* Content strategy - Calendar, topical clusters, format decisions across articles- Writing - first drafts yourself; content must be human, spiritually informed, and search-optimised
- SEO + GEO - keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema), Search Console and GA4 reporting, and optimisation for AI answer engines (SGE, Perplexity, ChatGPT)
- Performance - track organic traffic to app installs and revenue; draw the line from your content to business outcomes
The Successful Applicant
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Writing: Writes with warmth and precision; content strategy background essential; Hindi + English bilingual is a strong plus
- Experience: 3-6 years in content/SEO with at least one brand where organic drove measurable revenue
- Agency experience: Should have worked in an agency and handled B2C clients
- SEO depth: GSC, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, schema markup (FAQ, HowTo, Article), site audits, crawl issues, Core Web Vitals and can brief a developer without hand-holding
- GEO: Has thought about or tested optimisation for AI answer engines
- Mindset: Logic-first, belief-led; curious about spirituality as a subject
