End to end reporting covering requirement understanding, data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, report development, validation, quality checks and final delivery within agreed timelines. Includes managing recurring reports as per SOPs, troubleshooting data issues with RCA and maintaining documentation.
HR reporting, Workday reporting, Advanced Excel, Power BI dashboards, PowerQuery and VBA. Strong stakeholder management, customer service and operations management. Problem solving, analytical and collaborative thinking, with strong email writing and verbal communication skills.
What are we looking for? A Graduate with 8 to 10 years of total experience and at least 5 years of role specific experience in HR reporting. Should be able to own reports from requirement to delivery, work with stakeholders independently, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and guide team members while staying hands on in report development.
Workday reporting domain knowledge. PowerQuery and or VBA skills to automate and simplify manual reporting. Hands on experience building Power BI dashboards.Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead and execute HCM, HR and Workday reporting activities, taking complete ownership of assigned reports from requirement to delivery.
- Independently prepare, develop, validate and deliver standard and ad hoc reports within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, Power BI dashboards and Advanced Excel based reporting solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify data needs and translate them into accurate and meaningful reports.
- Perform data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, validation and quality checks before every report delivery.
- Manage recurring reporting activities, track deliverables, follow established processes and SOPs, and ensure timely and error free execution.
- Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, perform Root Cause Analysis and drive resolution with relevant teams.
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and optimize manual reporting activities using Workday, Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Maintain report documentation, logic, data definitions and process knowledge to ensure consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members while remaining hands on in report development and day to day delivery.
