What would you do? You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed. We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits.

Risk & Compliance involves identifying, assessing, and managing risks to ensure an organization adheres to laws and regulations. This role includes developing risk management strategies, conducting compliance audits, and implementing policies to mitigate risks.

It also involves monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring the organization remains compliant. The goal is to protect the organization from legal and financial risks while maintaining ethical standards.

Audit and manage effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk. e.g. Policies; Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management and Contractor controls. Establish processes to audit/validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required.

  • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
