We are currently seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our onsite team in Noida and recruit for top talent for our internal roles.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in in-house recruitment (India hiring) for US STAFFING Industry and strong interpersonal communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in US Staffing (In-house talent acquisition), sourcing, and screening candidates.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other HR professionals.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Experience with various sourcing tools, specifically LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ATS experience required, JobDiva a plus.
