About Our Client

The organisation operates in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector in Mumbai.

• Lead the Finance function.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, profitability analysis and business performance reviews.
• Partner with business and sales leadership to improve margins, pricing decisions, profitability and overall financial performance.
• Own cash flow planning, treasury operations, banking relationships and liquidity management.
• Drive working capital optimisation across receivables, inventory and payables to improve cash conversion.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, taxation and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Deliver actionable management insights through dashboards, MIS and performance analytics.
• Support strategic initiatives including business expansion, capital allocation, investments and growth projects.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while driving process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

• CA qualification mandatory.
• 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong manufacturing sector background.
• End-to-end finance leadership across FP&A, Controllership, Commercial Finance, Treasury & Tax.
• Proven business partnering and P&L management experience.
• Big 4 experience preferred.

• Finance leadership role in Mumbai.
