Role Description The F&B Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations across client locations. This role includes monitoring service standards, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and ensuring consistent execution of operating procedures.The manager will track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. Key tasks include scheduling and supervising staff, reviewing inventory and procurement processes, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
The F&B Operations Manager will also collaborate with clients to align operational strategies with business goals and provide regular reporting and recommendations. It will also include calculating cost, EBIDTA and store level profitability.
Qualifications- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Food & Beverage processes.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service in hospitality or F&B environments.
- Hands-on experience in Food Service, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
- Ability to analyze operational data, optimize workflows, and implement standard operating procedures.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in restaurant operations, hotel F&B, or consulting roles is highly advantageous.
