Role Overview

The Content Manager will create momentum for programmatic priorities and outcomes through impactful communications, coordinating closely with program teams, designers, and other stakeholders to bring development issues to life.

• Develop multi-format content pieces, including stories, features, videos, and social media posts, for campaigns and ongoing initiatives.
• Maintain a rolling calendar of content and stories, heavily featuring field-based narratives from across the country.
• Ideate creative and emerging content formats to create vibrant, resonating narratives.
• Enhance organizational visibility through published articles, blogs, and media pitches in mainstream and development media.
• Support external engagement with key stakeholders and media persons to ensure program leaders effectively articulate strategies and priorities.

• Education: Background in Media, Communication, Social Sciences, and Development.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience as a communication professional, with past roles encompassing Brand Visibility, Digital Media, Internal/External Communication, and managing flagship events.
• Competencies: Highly creative, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with strong narrative and visual storytelling skills.
