Account Director (Influencer Marketing)

Job Description

1. Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
2. Display a high level of execution in managing social influencer campaigns.
3. Development and management of measurable influencer campaigns.
4. Content management.
5. Measurement expertise utilizing proprietary and 3rd party platforms.
6. Ensures comprehensive reporting that clearly demonstrates program performance relative to campaign objectives.

1. Apply marketing savvy and strategic thinking to solve unique business challenges for our clients.
2. Driving business results beyond brand affinity.
3. Perform research and remain up-to-date regarding current benchmarks and audience/platform trends.
4. Identify areas of opportunity/organic growth within existing account base through real-time assessment of program performance, consumer insights and feedback, and regular dialogue with client contacts.

1. Manage daily workflow and serve as the senior strategic point of contact for clients.
2. Assist in new business pitches by developing comprehensive influencer media plans and strategic content plans.
3. Support New Business development through participation in agency brainstorms, sales operations, and budgeting exercises.

1. Positively contribute to agency culture by maintaining team morale and providing professional development paths for team.
2. HR Support – Involved in team building, training, employee retention, monthly/quarterly team reviews, and feedback sessions.

Finance & Operations

Maintain monthly trackers of billing/revenues.

Awards

Build case studies for brands for award participation.
