Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based only in one of the Pyxus / Alliance One International locations in India, Brazil, Bulgaria, Thailand, China or UAE, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. As a Global HR Technology Analyst working with Oracle HCM, you will focus on maintaining, analyzing, and enhancing HR systems for data reporting capabilities.

You will create custom and standard reports, ensure data accuracy, support HR operations with insights, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure systems align with organizational needs. Additionally, you will provide technical support and maintain compliance with HR policies and global standards.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting: Guide & assist in the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of reports in the field of HR Information Systems (HRIS) in Oracle HCM to meet global and local business requirements.
  • System Support & Maintenance: Provide Tier 2/3 functional support for any reporting on troubleshooting issues, manage system maintenance and updates, and respond to HR tickets promptly and with high quality.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Initiate reporting and insights to review existing HR processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining using technology.
  • Data Governance & Analytics: Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of employee data within HRIS. Enable data structure for HR reports and analytics, develop and maintain dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, POPIA, CCPA) and other relevant HR laws and regulations.
  • Project Management: Participate in HR technology projects from planning through execution, including tracking deliverables, status reporting, budget management, and risk/issue logs. Experience with agile or waterfall delivery models is valuable.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), IT, Global HR Shared Services, Finance, and external vendors to gather reporting requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful service delivery.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide reporting related training and support on to the Global HR team, develop and update training materials, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for end-users and the global HR community.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
  • Certification: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Certified, especially ORACone of the following ones; 1Z0-1046-26 , 1Z0-1052-26 , 1Z0-1128-24, 1Z0-1041-25 are advantageous.
  • Experience: 3 - 5+ years of operational support experience in HR systems within a multinational organization or consulting environment. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM for reporting on OTBI and/or BIP is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR business processes, data analytics, additional reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Familiarity with AI solutions in HR is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication for executive-level audiences. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.
