About Our Client

Job Description- Prepare and manage financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Fund administration: Co-ordinating with the Administrators for current funds and setting up new funds, including reviewing and approving accounts and documents across funds.
- Assist in tracking and working on different aspects of the fund - management fees, expenses invoice, NAV calculation, distribution of capital, IRR working, cash flow management.
- Assist with SEBI, Trustee compliances related to AIFs; Payments · Assist with Quarterly and Annual reporting with respect to Funds to Investor servicing team and assisting in investor queries.
- Co-ordinate with tax consultants, accounting and legal consultants for various matters pertaining to the tax, accounting, valuation and regulatory matters.
- Assist in handling Management company operations including finance, audit, taxation, compliance, treasury, etc.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Relevant years of experience, preferable in a VC/PE or financial services sector
- Professional qualifications such as CA
