- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration flows using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of API management and connectivity protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
