Job Summary:
The Cloud (AWS) Mid Market Operations Senior Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the operational excellence of Accenture’s AWS Mid Market business globally. This role serves as the analytical and operational backbone across sales, marketing, delivery, and finance, ensuring data accuracy, performance visibility, and disciplined execution.
The analyst transforms complex operational data into actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and scalable growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:Prepare, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, forecasting, revenue, bookings, utilization, and delivery performance
Support global operational cadence including pre-close activities, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, and productivity governance
Ensure data integrity across internal systems (e.g., MMS, QSO, MyScheduling, CRM tools) by monitoring data quality and adherence to governance standards
Perform trend, variance, and risk analysis to provide actionable insights to business and alliance leadership
Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Workforce Management, and AWS alliance teams to consolidate inputs for reporting and forecasting
Track demand signals, hiring plans, onboarding progress, and delivery readiness to support Mid Market growth priorities
Support creation of executive-ready presentations with clear storytelling, insights, and data visualizations
Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support for strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
