Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technology initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and performance optimization techniques within business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
