Supply Chain Planning (Tier 1 Clg, FMCG, 5+ Yrs, Delhi/NCR)

About Our Client

The client is a well‑established global consumer products organisation with a strong international footprint and structured regional supply chain operations.

• Own and lead the Demand Planning and S&OP processes across the India market.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with global and regional planning cycles.
• Act as the central liaison between sales, marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
• Drive forecast accuracy KPIs, and lead corrective actions.
• Prepare management reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and inventory implications.
• Champion continuous improvement and change management in planning processes

• Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain Planning.
• Functional expertise: Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies, statistical forecasting, S&OP / IBP and demand management principles.
• Systems & tools: Experience with demand planning systems; SAP experience highly desirable; hands‑on exposure to SAP IBP Demand Planning advantageous.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field.
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing and change‑leadership abilities.
• Other requirements: Fluent English, ability to work cross‑culturally and think strategically with a future‑oriented mindset
