- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Monitor and evaluate service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Communication Technology, Automation Integration.
- Strong understanding of IT service management best practices.
- Experience in incident management and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with change management processes and tools.
- Ability to analyze service performance data and generate reports.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
