Candidate will be responsible for managing international or domestic marketplace ecommerce portfolio with a 100% growth rate. Main responsibilities will include:
Account Management- Driving the Business plan for the accounts- both topline and bottom line
- Align efforts of different teams to meet the business objectives
- Plan and execution of marketing calendar for Online activation across platforms
- Monitoring and optimizing advertising spend to maximize ROI
- Creating new ad campaign
- SEO and Keyword Optimization
- Managing the brand store on marketplace
- Monitoring customer feedback and resolving customer issues
- Monitoring product ranking and take initiatives to improve the same
- Email campaign for customer retention based on cohort analysis
- Ensuring adequate inventory to avoid out of stock
- Liquidation of slow non-moving inventory
- Weekly & Monthly performance reporting
- Monitor Sales, Margin, ACOS, Product Ranking, Marketplace performance
Looking for candidates with 1-3 years of Ecommerce experience, very strong analytical skills- based out of or willing to relocate to Mumbai
