Role Summary
We are seeking a Company Secretary professional (Qualified / Semi-Qualified / Fresher) to assist with corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory obligations of the organization. This role includes helping to maintain legal records, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, and providing support to management on corporate affairs.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to the provisions of the Companies Act and other applicable regulations
Maintain statutory registers, records, and submissions
Assist in the preparation and filing of ROC returns, annual filings, and other compliance documents
Support the organization of Board Meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions
Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities
Monitor legislative changes relevant to the organization and ensure their timely incorporation
Assist in drafting agreements, policies, and internal compliance documentation
Maintain accurate documentation and corporate records
Role-Based Scope
For Qualified Company Secretary (ACS / Member of ICSI):
Manage corporate compliance and secretarial functions independently
Provide counsel to management regarding legal and governance issues
Ensure comprehensive statutory compliance and effectively mitigate risks
For Semi-Qualified Candidates:
Support compliance filers and documentation processes
Assist in preparing for board meetings and submitting regulatory documents
Operate under the guidance of senior management or external Company Secretary
For Freshers (CS Aspirants / Graduates):
Help with documentation, data entry, and monitoring compliance activities
Gain knowledge of ROC filings, statutory registers, and secretarial practices
Assist senior team members with daily compliance tasks
Qualifications
Qualified CS (Member of ICSI) / Semi-Qualified CS / CS Aspirant
Graduates (B.Com / BBA / related fields) are encouraged to apply (for fresher positions)
Skills Required
Fundamental understanding of the Companies Act and corporate laws
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Effective communication and coordination skills
Capability to handle confidential information appropriately

Experience
Qualified CS: 2–5+ years preferredSemi-Qualified: 0–3 years
