You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.
How you create impact
You are responsible to head and manage LCC customer(s) operations whilst meeting customer's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and productivity improvement- To ensure the smooth implementation of new business and deliverable of KPI's for respective project in LCC
- To manage the existing business within the LCC in a controlled commercial and operational environment
- To strive to continually improve the operational performance of the LCC through productivity improvement both to maximize gain share opportunities and to ensure customer excellence
- To work with the development and implementation teams to ensure that there is a structured plan for the introduction of new business
- To work with the business manager and the new clients to ensure that everyone involved in the business is aware of their responsibilities
- To Demonstrate the capabilities of the LCC to both internal and external visitors
- To always uphold the concept of the LCC as a showcase for what we do within IL
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 12-15years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the freight industry
- Must have experience in both Air and Ocean freight operations
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
- Oversee logistics projects and ensure timely delivery
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and meet business goals
