Hiring for a Team leader for one of our RPO Business!

Anyone having experience into leading a team into US or UK Recruitment model.

Work location - Noida

Working model - Hybrid

Working Shift- UK

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and ensure service level adherence
• Drive team performance to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Monitor productivity and conduct regular process checks
• Handle MIS reporting, risk, and exception management
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore stakeholders
• Support training and development initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement

People & Governance:

• Conduct 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
• Manage attendance, leave, and workforce planning
• Handle attrition, retention, and hiring
• Oversee timesheets, compliance, and governance activities
• Drive engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition
• Manage performance improvement plans (PIPs)
