Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to drive occupancy across our co-living properties in Noida. This is a field-heavy role focused on direct retail sales, conducting on-site property visits, and closing bookings.

• Location: Noida
• Working Days: 6 days a week (including weekends; compensatory off during the week)
• Compensation: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)

• On-Site Sales & Field Work: Conduct physical property tours and site visits for prospective residents.
• Lead Conversion: Convert inbound inquiries and walk-ins into active property bookings.
• Direct Retail Sales: Engage directly with young professionals and students to understand their housing needs and pitch available inventory.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate log of leads, follow-ups, and booking statuses.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, retail sales, real estate, or hospitality.
• Mobility: Must be comfortable with regular field work and traveling between site locations in Noida.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasive interpersonal skills.
• Traits: Target-oriented, proactive, and resilient.
