Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document Core HR requirements.
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules including Organizations, Staffing Models, Job Profiles, Compensation, Positions, and Business Processes.
- Develop functional specifications for integrations, reports, and enhancements.
- Lead and support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Perform system testing: unit testing, regression testing, UAT support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Manage and maintain security roles and user access as required.
- Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Ensure system configuration aligns with HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Payroll, Integrations, Recruiting, and Talent to ensure smooth processes.
- Support data loads, data validation, and correction activities (EIB, spreadsheet loads).
- Create dashboards, calculated fields, and custom reports as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant, specifically in Core HR.
- Hands-on experience configuring Core HCM components (Organizations, Job Profiles, Compensation, BP configuration).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, EIB, and Security.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
