Job Description
Strategic Leadership- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO/MD and Board on all human capital matters
- Drive the overall people strategy aligned with business growth and IPO readiness
- Lead organisational design, governance frameworks, and long-term capability building
- Own the end-to-end HR lifecycle across corporate and plant operations
- Strengthen performance management, talent development, and succession planning
- Build scalable HR processes, systems, and policies suited for high-growth environments
- Establish strong on-ground connect with plant workforce and leadership teams
- Drive engagement, productivity, and culture across blue-collar and white-collar populations
- Ensure effective industrial relations practices and compliance frameworks
- Support capacity expansion and workforce scaling from a talent and structure perspective
- Lead change management initiatives during organisational growth and transition
- Build a high-performance, values-driven culture
- Oversee administration function across locations
- Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk frameworks in line with IPO readiness
- 25+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 5+ years as CHRO / Head HR
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR in large, complex organisations
- Strong exposure to manufacturing / metals / industrial / B2B environments preferred
- Experience handling large employee bases (~3,000+) across plant and corporate setups
- Demonstrated ability to partner with CXOs and engage at Board level
- Strong execution orientation with the ability to balance strategy and operations
- Prior exposure to organisational scaling and transformation journeys
- Ideal age bracket: 45-50 years
