Operating at real‑time scale with millions of daily users, they use AI to drive content discovery, engagement, and monetization across high‑growth digital products.

• Own the company's end‑to‑end Data Science & AI roadmap and execution.
• Design and deploy large‑scale recommendation and personalization systems.
• Build ML systems handling real‑time, high‑volume consumer data.
• Lead AI initiatives across content intelligence, discovery, retention, and monetization.
• Establish ML platforms including CDP, feature stores, experimentation, and monitoring.
• Build and mentor a lean, high‑impact data science and ML team.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Content teams.

• 10-15 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Strong background in consumer internet, OTT, social, gaming, or marketplaces.
• Deep expertise in recommendation systems and personalization models.
• Experience taking ML models from experimentation to production at scale.
• Hands‑on exposure to unstructured data (text, audio, video).
• Zero‑to‑one mindset with the ability to build systems and teams from scratch.
• Strong product intuition and outcome‑driven thinking.
