Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Ground Instructor role based in Bengaluru. The Ground Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical training to aspiring pilots, ensuring they have a strong foundation in aviation concepts and regulations.Key responsibilities include preparing and conducting lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum, evaluating student progress, providing feedback, and assisting in the creation and refinement of training materials. Collaboration with other instructors and staff to maintain a supportive learning environment will also be required.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of aviation theory, flight operations, and industry regulations
- Experience in preparing and delivering structured instructional content
- Familiarity with teaching techniques and tools, including presentation software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and engage aspiring pilots with a passion for aviation
- Demonstrated ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- A Certified Ground Instructor (CGI) rating or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Previous experience in pilot training or within the aviation industry is an asset
