About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize the digital growth strategy. The role will focus on driving online brand visibility, generating quality leads, maximizing ROI on digital marketing investments, and accelerating sales across B2B, B2C, e-commerce marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing digital marketing agencies, executing performance marketing campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition and business growth.

Experience: 6 - 10 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
• Identify emerging digital trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.

• Drive and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Manage and monitor SEO, SEM, PPC, display advertising, remarketing, and affiliate marketing initiatives through external agencies.
• Continuously improve campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates.

• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Review agency deliverables, campaign effectiveness, and media spends.
• Suggest strategic course corrections and optimization plans to maximize marketing ROI.
• Evaluate agency performance and recommend changes in strategies or partnerships where necessary.

• Drive lead generation and business growth through online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
• Ensure effective utilization of promotional spends and advertising budgets across digital commerce channels.
• Monitor product visibility, customer acquisition, and monetization initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.

• Effectively manage and optimize the digital marketing budget allocated for business growth.
• Ensure prudent allocation of spends across channels to deliver measurable returns.
• Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and budget utilization.

• Track, analyze, and report digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
• Generate actionable insights from customer behaviour and campaign data.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports for senior management.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve website performance and user experience.
• Drive organic and paid traffic initiatives to generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads.
• Optimize landing pages and digital assets for better conversion rates.

• Work closely with sales, product, e-commerce, and brand teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, FMCG, lifestyle, apparel, or related industries.
• Experience in managing digital marketing agencies and performance-driven campaigns.
• Exposure to marketplace marketing and quick commerce ecosystems will be an added advantage.
