We have an exciting role of Resource Management and Operations Associate. We are seeking an experienced 3+ years of experience as an Resource Management/Operations Assistant. In this role, you will liase with the UK RM & Finance Onshore team, Stakeholders and Employees.

Responsibilities:
Resource Management- Provide day-to-day support to the Resource Management function, including moderate coverage of resourcing needs during Resource Manager PTO or absences
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end freelancer workflows, including onboarding in Worksuite and YunoJuno, submitting contract details, tracking financial approvals, and resolving contract-related issues
- Maintain and update resourcing allocations in Float to ensure accuracy and visibility across projects
- Monitor freelancer engagement timelines, ensuring contracts, extensions, and offboarding are processed in a timely manner
- Partner with Finance and Resource Management to track approval status and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Act as a central point of coordination for freelancer logistics, troubleshooting onboarding, access, and system-related issues
- Support data accuracy across systems, ensuring alignment between resourcing plans, contracts, and financial approvals
Operations Support:
- Manage licensing for mockups, fonts, images, and music from approved and unapproved vendors based on creative team requests.
- Assist with vendor onboarding or updates, including collecting required documents, validation, and submitting documents for processing.
- Open purchase orders (POs) for freelancers and other vendors. Raise or revise POs for other teams when required.
- Check timesheet entries and approvals for FTEs and freelancers. Follow up with submitters or approvers to ensure timely postings. Troubleshoot issues in workflow.
- Handle ad hoc requests for the Director, Delivery Management and Assistant Controller
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork across Resource Management functions and Operations support.
- Proven ability to liase with employees and stakeholders.
- Good prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and work on your own initiative
- Ability to form strong and solid professional relationships with all colleagues
- Self-motivated but also enjoy working as a team
- Demonstrates a good working knowledge and proficiency on Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- Will always uphold confidentiality
- Experience with HRIS systems/Workday is a plus.
