What would you do? US Recruitment Admin Manager to oversee and manage the recruitment administration team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment operations, maintaining compliance, and driving process improvements across the hiring lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of US hiring practices.

Recruitment Admin lead will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of recruitment administrators supporting US hiring operations.
  2. Oversee interview scheduling, offer management, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
  3. Ensure data accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent.

Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce.

Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
What are we looking for? 4.Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners to streamline administrative processes.
  1. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and SLAs to ensure operational efficiency.
  2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment workflows and documentation.
  3. Ensure adherence to US labor laws, EEO guidelines, and internal compliance standards.
  4. Manage vendor relationships related to background checks, job boards, and onboarding tools.
  5. Provide training and support to new team members and stakeholders on recruitment systems and processes.
  6. Manage SLAs/ KPIs

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
  • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
  • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
