Role Overview
The Program Manager (PM) at NIAT is a key leadership role responsible for driving the successful execution of on-campus academic programs. This role ensures seamless coordination across academic delivery, student engagement, and operational logistics, with a strong focus on delivering a high-impact, industry-relevant learning experience.
As a Program Manager, you will oversee end-to-end campus operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly contribute to student success and satisfaction. The role requires a balance of execution excellence, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day execution of classes, labs, assessments, and campus events in alignment with the academic calendar
- Coordinate with academic mentors, BOAs, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow
- Maintain structure, discipline, and consistency across student batches and campus activities
- Student Success & Academic Support
- Partner with academic and student success teams to monitor student progress and identify at-risk learners
- Conduct one-on-one or group interventions to improve academic outcomes
- Manage student issue trackers and ensure timely resolution of concerns
- Student Engagement & Experience
- Monitor classroom quality, mentor effectiveness, and overall student engagement
- Gather feedback and recommend improvements in teaching methodologies and academic planning
- Lead campus initiatives including community events, branding activities, and academic showcases
- Industry & Placement Enablement
- Collaborate with placement and training teams to execute workshops, mock interviews, and skill-building sessions
- Build and maintain relationships with local industry professionals and alumni networks
- Support internship and placement processes, ensuring a smooth transition for students into the workforce
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and trackers related to academic performance and engagement
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on campus performance, risks, and improvement areas
- Represent the program in internal and external stakeholder discussions
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
