About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in US Staffing to join our team in Noida. This is a fully onsite role requiring hands-on sourcing and end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly for direct clients and implementation partners.

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for US-based clients
• Work extensively with Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and State Clients
• Perform hands-on sourcing using multiple channels including job boards, internal databases, and networking
• Utilize advanced X-Ray search techniques on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Screen, shortlist, and submit qualified candidates within defined timelines
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Ensure quality submissions and adherence to client requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
• Strong experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and X-Ray search techniques
• Hands-on experience with job portals and internal databases
• Good understanding of US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
