We are seeking an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager who has previous experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have experience with Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance products and be adept at working alongside engineering, design, operations, and business teams to develop customer-facing digital products.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Collect and define detailed product requirements
- Develop PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver new features
- Evaluate customer journeys to identify areas for improvement
- Lead the product development process from concept through to launch
- Track product performance and suggest enhancements
- Liaise with insurer partners and internal stakeholders
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles
- Previous experience in Motor Insurance and/or Health Insurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced startup setting
- Demonstrated ownership and strong execution focus
