Role Purpose:

Lead and scale Estrip's OEM private label business across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire OEM clients in detergents, homecare, personal care, and retail.
  • Lead pricing, negotiations, product customization discussions.
  • Support clients through sampling
  • approval - PO
  • production.
  • Manage B2B sales funnel, forecasting & monthly targets.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and global events for lead generation.
  • Prepare proposals, costing sheets, MOQ structures.
  • Coordinate internally with R&D, production, QC, and operations.
  • Manage junior sales executives.

Requirement:

  • FMCG experience mandatory
  • Advantage for detergent manufacturers, homecare, fabric care, or chemistry-led FMCG brands
  • Startup mindset, multi-role capability, ownership-driven working style
