Requirements

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems and records.
• Maintain and update bookkeeping records, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Process invoices, purchase records, and payment-related documentation.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Update and maintain general ledger entries and accounting records.
• Track expenses, reconcile financial data, and help resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation as required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions and accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely collection and verification of financial information.
• Support month-end closing activities, audits, and routine accounting processes.
• Assist in managing inward and outward financial documentation and transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or data entry operations.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial record management.
• Hands-on experience with invoice processing and transaction recording.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data handling.
• Good numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in developing expertise in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting.
