We are seeking a motivated Collection Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in collections or customer service, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and negotiate payment arrangements.This role involves contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies.

- Updating customer information in the database
- Collaborating with the finance team to resolve discrepancies
- Preparing reports on collection status and outstanding debts
- Following up with customers regularly via phone and email
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in collections or customer service roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with collection software and databases
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
