Campus Marg Innovative Tech Services (CMITS) is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our team. We are looking for smart, proactive individuals who can deliver excellent support across voice, email, and chat channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Document interactions and follow standard operating procedures
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and TAT
Eligibility Criteria:
- Intermediate or Higher
- Excellent communication skills
- Language requirements (any one combination based on process):
- English & Telugu
- English & Hindi
- English, Hindi & Telugu
- Smart, adaptable, and customer-oriented mindset
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹12,700 to ₹17,000 (based on interview performance)
- Experienced candidates: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
