Location: Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive the consulting team of 5-10 people
• Manage and define the process and tool/technologies for Consulting team
• Lead discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders for Requirements management and discussion with clients and Understand Client Objectives
• Elicit customer requirements using different tools like interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis.
• Assess current landscape (ERP, CRM, legacy systems, data quality)
• Translate customer requirements and business needs into application and operational requirements
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers, analyze functional requirements, and deliver Business Requirements Document including process flows, wireframes etc.
• Be the liaison between the business units, and technology teams.
• Collaborate with development team and subject matter experts, Provide periodic reviews to ensure alignment with defined blueprint
• Successfully engage in multiple engagements simultaneously
• Support pre-sales teams
• Understand the latest technologies, benefits of implementing the same for better speed and quality.
• Continuously work on the improvements and innovative ways of execution and engaging the customers
• Conduct Training or Demo for Clients / System Users
• Work independently with minimal or no supervision - Engineering/Business Analysis experience with a successful track successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Develop reusable consulting artifacts e.g. Assessment frameworks, Workshop templates
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts in consulting approaches
• Ready for Travel (Short Term and Long Term)

Skills Required:

• 15+ years in consulting, business analysis, or solution advisory roles
• Strong problem structuring and analytical thinking
• Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business needs intoconceptual solution designs
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Strong experience in managing the consulting team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience evaluating technology/product options
• Understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, data platforms) and familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, and data flows
• Ability to define architecture at a conceptual level (not detailed design)
• Experience with BPMN Tool, MS Visio, Axure, Proto.io, Draw.io, JIRA etc.
• Proficiency in office tools (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Engineering/Consulting experience with a successful track record
• Data/PIM/MDM basics (good to have)

Type of candidate needed:

Candidates having the following experience will be suitable:

• Development side + Business analyst/Presales

• Presales or Business Analyst Experience with Engineering (BE/B Tech.) Background

• QAwith Technical Background + Business Analyst or Presales Experience
• Candidates from point#1 will be the ideal candidates.
• Preferred technology Stack is Open Source, but other technical background candidates will be fine if willing to work in Open Source technology stack
• Experience with Overseas clients is a must (preferred US and European Clients)
• Onsite exposure would be added advantage
