The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement within the delivery framework.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project milestones and ensure timely delivery of security services.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve any challenges.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls, Oracle Advanced Access Controls.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Advanced HCM Controls.
- Strong expertise in configuring and managing governance, risk, and compliance controls within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective control configurations.
- Experience in integrating security solutions with enterprise applications to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices relevant to cloud-based governance and risk management.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
