Role Description The Sales Assistant at Genius Attestation is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves assisting walk-in and referred customers, understanding their attestation needs, and explaining services, timelines, and requirements clearly.
The Sales Assistant will support the sales process by preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining an organized workflow, and contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
The role also includes updating customer databases, tracking progress of documents, and providing status updates to clients in a professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills to explain procedures, requirements, and service options effectively.
  • Basic to intermediate sales skills, including lead follow-up, cross-selling, and supporting achievement of sales targets.
  • Good organization skills, including maintaining documentation, managing multiple cases, and tracking deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive documents and customer information.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, CRM or tracking tools) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, sales support, or service-oriented environments is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial.
