Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical troubleshooting across a range of systems including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Support Lync, Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile device hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot networking issues, including basic network configurations and connectivity.
- Provide support for video conferencing and audio/video equipment.
- Assist in Telephony equipment troubleshooting and setup.
- Experience with Active Directory administration is a plus.
