Learning Consultant - Delivery Shared Service

Job Description

Introduction

• Interlock with business stakeholders and gather business requirements related to skills gaps. Play an advisory role to identify learning solutions – internal, vendor-provided, to-be developed.
• Convert the business requirements into learning plans for the assigned portfolio
• Collaborate with Portfolio Delivery leads, LDM, EM to drive the successful deployment of strategic education & learning programs and learning plans associated with the assigned portfolio in collaboration with other L&K delivery teams. Plan, manage and execute delivery for strategic (cross-region) education (upskilling & reskilling) programs including classroom, virtual events, webinars, replays, etc.
• Ensure up-to-date and accurate learning event data to enable forecasts and consumption reports on a bi-weekly basis
• Provide guidance, processes and oversight to local LDM, EMs in the execution of the deployment plan
• Drive consistent, best practice education that ensures that practitioners are trained to a common standard
• Provide input to the development learning consultants on development requirements
• Assess and report progress, opportunities, impacts and risks; raise issues and concerns
• Support transformation projects that continue to drive consistency and improvements in delivery across all geos

Your Role And Responsibilities

The delivery learning consultant collaborates with the Service Line Leaders, Practice Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, L&K Market & FutureNow Centre Leaders, L&K Lead Learning Strategists & Portfolio Delivery Leads to provide end-to-end education delivery solutions that meet skills requirements.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

• Learning-related background and passion in the learning & training space
• Proven business stakeholder management skills - ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations based on business plans & translate that into education priorities
• Experience/knowledge in one or more of the business domains - Offering & Growth (Service lines) or professional development area
• Ability to quickly ramp up in new portfolios and apply that knowledge in stakeholder skills gap analysis conversations. Learning agility: picks up new business contexts quickly
• Experience in collaborating with colleagues with different cultural background
• Experience supporting global stakeholders. Strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Experience with learning program management & implementation
• Influencing without authority: confident challenging, guiding, and shaping decisions with senior stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity: able to operate without fully defined scope
• Pragmatism (focus on what works and the concrete outputs vs. theoretical perfection)
• Ownership and accountability

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a nice-to-have.
